You will get:

-Very competent salary, base salary and commission,  average annual total package above 600K.

-You can become a partner and get an annual dividend.

 

You need to do:

-Assist GM to make business plan;

-Lead the team to complete annual performance indicators;

-Team building, training and performance evaluation for team members;

-Develop customers, communicate with customers, understand customer needs and provide recruitment plans;

-Conduct position analysis,  make detailed search plan and select search channels;

-Follow up the project status;

-Maintain good relationship with clients and candidates.

 

Job requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, team management experience;

-Confident, optimistic, good communication skills, goal-oriented, glad to take challenge.

-Highly self-motivated.

 

Experience requirements:

HR experience is a plus

Sales experience is a plus
